Tregubenko Consulting, LLC is a full-service business law firm established in 2007 in Moscow and provides high-quality legal assistance to corporate clients.

Founding Partner

Yevgeniy Tregubenko is the Founding Partner of the firm. He holds a Candidate Yuridicheskikh Nauk (Ph.D. in law) from St Petersburg State University, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, a School of Law and a Master of Laws in business law of the European Union (DESS) from the University of Paris (5). Mr. Tregubenko’s law practice spans corporate matters, taxation and domestic and international M&As. In addition, he has extensive experience and expertise managing multi-jurisdictional matters. He has authored and co-authored a number of publications, including a book on different aspects of Russian and international law, which has been published in American, British and Russian legal journals. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Russia.
